Everyone who is new to CrossFit needs to do our On Ramp. These are done as 3 x 30 minute personal training sessions where we cover all of the basics you will need to know before joining the classes.  These cost £140 and you can buy here

How To Book A Session.


Login or Register for your TeamUp account. You will need to provide your contact details and complete a health questionnaire/waiver.


Choose your session from the schedule. You can view the schedule as a list, week or monthly view. Simply click on it and you will see a full description.


If you have a valid membership it will be applied. If not you will be prompted to complete payment to be able to register into the class.
