We believe that everyone is unique, yet equal. And so we offer a range of programmes to meet your personal fitness goals. CrossFit is the perfect class to get stronger, fitter, and have some fun. We include gymnastics and weightlifting in these classes, but also offer specific gymnastics and weightlifting session as chance to slow everything down and really focus on how to control your movement. We also offer strongman sessions. Don’t let the name put you off, this class is ideal for all levels of strength or ability who want to be stronger.
