Our Nutrition Coaching Program at Tribe is unique and designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness.
We will take you through a two phased Nutrition Plan. In Phase 1 we educate you on the fundamentals of nutrition and make sure you understand everything you need to for life long success.
Once PHASE 1 is complete you will then be entitled access to PHASE 2 which is an ongoing support program. Now emphasis will be on accountability, keeping you on track and helping you with anything you are unsure about to ensure your goal is reached.
We plan to be by your side and assist you in every way possible until you have built up the habits and have the confidence to go it alone successfully. Just know we will be by your side from the beginning until your goal is met.
A chance to really focus on your weightlifting technique. We use weightlifting in our CrossFit classes, but this is a chance to slow everything down and really focus on the two Olympic lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk. Speed and intensity are put to one side and we get to geek-out on how to make you a better weightlifter. Classes are limited to 8 members which means you will get lots of 1 to 1 attention while you practice.
Don’t let the name put you off, this class is ideal for all levels of strength and ability who want to be stronger. You don’t have to be strong, and you don’t have to be a man.
If your aim is to get stronger and have fun, get signing in. You get to play with some cool toys like axle bars, d balls, yokes, farmers carries, sleds, battle ropes and will also get a sweat on with a Strongman WOD at the end of each class. Just 8 members per class and coach who loves coaching Strongman.
This is the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals. An hour of one on one training with your own dedicated trainer, where each session is tailored explicitly to your individual needs and goals.
The perfect class to get fitter, stronger and have some fun. Classes are a combination of:
• strength work
• skill based exercises
• sweaty workouts WODs
Always fully coached and suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
Each class will have a maximum of 8 members in it, so the focus is on quality coaching, and ensuring you are moving well. It is the all-round class that will get you fittest the fastest in every way.
A class when you really get to focus on controlling your body. We use gymnastic movements in our CrossFit classes, but this is a chance to slow everything down and really focus on how to control your body move efficiently. This is certainly not saying you won’t sweat or work hard, but the real focus is on your technique and how to keep you progressing. Only 8 in a class and coached by someone who love to specialise in everything gymnastics.
