Qualifications: CrossFit Level 2, BSc (hons) Sport & Exercise Science
The Fun Stuff Loves: I’ve got 3 kids, it’s just survival! In all seriousness, I set up CrossFit Hammersmith in 2014. Had one little arch, a full time sales job and a new wife. It was fun but intense. We opened a second arch up not long after, and then CrossFit Shepherd’s Bush in 2017. If you want the long version, there’s a great blog here).
I have 3 kids who I love, two gyms which I love and a budding online business trying to help Dads be the best they can be.

The Fun Stuff Loves: Food, books, movies/shows, more food, travel and eventually to lock myself out of the house. Hates: Waiting in queues. Interesting facts: Played for the Basketball and Handball team of my school until I stop growing. Every summer in Brazil I thought it would be my last (possibly the palest person you have ever seen). I’ve tried many different sports and found out CrossFit is suitable for short people, also if you are addicted to adrenaline like me.
